"I’ve been in the underwater photography game in one way or another for the past 25 years. In fact, one of my first underwater cameras was a SEA&SEA MX-10. It was a 35 mm fixed focus camera with few options. At the time it was the coolest thing on the market. Over the years I’ve shot many different SEA&SEA products. I’m currently shooting a Canon 5D Mark 4 in a SEA&SEA MDX-5DMKIV housing. When I shoot flash photography, I rely on a pair of YS-D2 strobes. All in all, the quality of the brand kept me coming back."

For the past two decades, Jason Washington has been a leader in the Cayman Islands water sports community. A 2017 International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame honoree, Jason’s focus both locally and abroad has been on protecting the delicate marine life found in the waters of the Cayman Islands. Jason is proudest of his role in spearheading and creating CULL, the Cayman United Lionfish League, an organization in charge of the local lionfish tournaments that removed tens of thousands of lionfish from Cayman’s waters, all while educating the public on the importance of such ventures both locally and abroad. Jason’s recent projects, iDive Cayman Islands, a popular web outlet where tourists and locals alike focus on protecting the beauty found beneath Cayman's waters. iDive’s video line up, shot by Jason, features the most comprehensive list to date of Cayman's underwater product, narrated by some of Grand Cayman’s most iconic divers.
